hi kensington ridge apts friendly staff will answer your questions and concerns anything that needs to bee done gets done just have to be patient with them they go by top priorities first but they will take care of you on any maintence issues maintenice guys are great i've lived here since 1980 and this is the best staff we have had here lately great caring people here.

Move in was super easy, office staff is super polite and incredibly responsive

I moved in here a few months ago. The staff here are awesome! The townhome I live is is really nice too! All the other residents that I’ve run into are extremely nice and easy to get along with. In a very short time it felt like we were all family. I’m going through a divorce, so it’s nice to have a quiet place with friendly neighbors to come home to.
