Dr. Handel is a wonderful doctor. Despite moving out of town, I still return to Middletown for my eye appointments. He has been my doctor since I was 11! What a caring man.
Dr. Handel has been my eye doctor since the mid 70s, except for a couple of years when we had insurance where he was out of network. Those years we had to go to Target and Wal-Mart. They don't check the health of your eyes. They only find out what your prescription is so they can sell you glasses or contacts. Dr. Handles exams take longer because they are much more thorough. Definitely worth the extra hour every year or two.
I have been going to Dr. Handle for over 25 years and even though I moved 35 miles away, I still return to him as my eye doctor. He is thorough and his staff is friendly and helpful.
