The work was good, the customer service from the Sister and Brother was excellent. Very well courteous professional and very well respectful. I would definitely send my people to them. Plus they had some pretty good music with HIGH VIBRATION. PEACE LOVE LIGHT

This team was AMAZING! We had an issue with our car on our way home and happened to stumble to this Firestone. The blonde women working the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was so kind and helpful over the phone and really made us feel understood. Once we got there she was very helpful and just the right amount of positivity (I don't think super positive is something could have handled right then and she was fantastic!) We asked a lot of different questions just trying to figure out home to get home and they squeezed us in to figure out if it was safe to drive. The tech Vincent was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the car quickly! He was very kind and explained our options and answered everything we needed to know. I was even more grateful that they didn't try to up sell us and (or it didn't feel it) giving us honest answers and advice about what the car needed and what was not a concern for our long ride home.

This Forestone saved our trip! If I was from the area they would be my go to and if I am ever passing through and need help it is certainly saved in my phone.

Fast service. They always get my order right even when I order a lot of food. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.
