I was visiting from Michigan when the screw fell out of my glasses and was lost. I called the office the next morning and asked if they could repair them. They told me to come in and they would take care of them. Boy did they, not only did they replace the screw but, they also made adjustments, tightened, and cleaned them. When I asked what I owed they said it was free. I couldn't walk away without giving them something. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness.
