Urgent Care of Fairfield

I have been seen at this Urgent Care several times over the last 10 years and the care has always been excellent. The entire staff is always great and they do their best to see everyone as quickly as possible. It’s also very clean.

The receptionist was below par. Not friendly as if I was disturbing her by coming in. Voice was monotone each time she interacted with me. HOWEVER, the nurse & doctor were so completely friendly, caring & nice that it made my experience GREAT!!! The Doctor took so much care. He was gentle & detailed in explaining what was wrong plus which next steps I needed to take.

When I got there I was pleasantly made welcome by the girl behind the window. I do like the mask policy...especially with flu's and Covid and other things going around. I filled out paperwork. I knew the wait would be long as any 1st come 1st served Urgent Care would be. The medical staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Urgent Care to friends and family.

This was the best experience I have had at an Urgent Care in a long time. They were so kind to me. Those who took my information, my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner, Hannah, was very kind as well. I wasn’t in there more than 20 minutes at that. Thanks for the great experience! If I need an Urgent Care again I will definitely be back!

It was a relief being greeted with such friendliness. After the morning we had with our PCP i was extremely irritated.. everyone from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor were super friendly and helpful. Though my sick children were dancing around and rolling on the floor they still took our concerns into consideration. It was an easy and friendly trip.
