Scott was extremely communicative and made things very clear and laid out what things are critical. Pricing was pretty fair considering I brought in a first generation Saab 9-3. Turnaround was extremely quick. If you have a Saab I suggest bringing it here, the man has over 20 years experience.

Hard to find a honest place to take imports! Love them, have used them for over 15 years.

I’ve been taking my Volvo to Scott for years. He is competent, and he’ll work hard to give you the most fair deal possible. He’s honest and won’t always be trying to upsell you just to pad his bill. He fixes what needs fixed and he’ll do it at a fair price. If you want your European car looked after by a pro who’s fair, honest, and competent, don’t go any place else!

If you live in Cincinnati and own a Saab....take your car to them. Fair pricing. Accurate diagnosis. Very very friendly. I think its fair to say if you still own a Saab you are passionate about the brand. So take your Saab to the Right place. I have been to two different places that "work" on Saabs. I will only go to alpine imports from here on out
