I ran into a number of issues on move-in day, and Stephanie stayed after closing time for an extra 30 minutes making sure I was taken care of. You really can't ask for better customer service. Unit was exactly what I expected and entry/exit was easy. 5 star experience because of Stephanie.

When I called on the phone prior to coming in she was very friendly and professional. I actually had a bad experience prior to arriving at this facility with another storage company that was a nightmare. Stephanie made me forget all about that negative interaction, due to her being so knowledgeable,personable, and professional. PUBLIC STORAGE, STEPHANIE IS DEFINITELY A ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS.
