The manager, Olivia, was outstanding as a salesperson. I was only in to talk about getting a ring resized, but she somehow made me feel like getting 2 new replacement rings would be a better option for myself and my spouse.
Her smile, and easy going personality is something I feel should be strived for in customer service, and it has been fading away more and more.
Olivia showed me that there are still some amazing people in the sales busines, I WILL be replacing my rings soon, as long as I can work with her again.
