He provided me all the necessary information I needed to make the process run smoothly. Really good service, I've been trying to make sure I had a really good check so I can pay them towards the end of the month but it's long overdue. Good service like that is rare so I want to make sure I treat these people how they treated me.

We just bought a car from Hertz on Friday, and had a wonderful experience. I LOVED that the staff didn't push us to buy a certain car. We also were there with 4 kids under the age of 5 for about 7 hours, and drove from an hour and a half away. It was definitely a long day, but the staff there was very nice, and we got to test drive about 6 cars. Craig and John were both very nice to talk to, and Craig was the one we purchased a car through. He was very patient with us when we had an issue with a cashier's check, and ended up staying after hours about an hour to get us the car we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase, and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you Hertz!

I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier from here last week. The process was quick, yet thorough. It helped that I knew what car I wanted from the start and that there were only 3 Impala Premiers to choose from. I was given the full history report of the vehicle that I wanted. Zach helped me get to know the car better & Jeff was great on the financial end. They were both helpful and I felt comfortable the whole time - there was no pressuring from either of them. They were happy to answer my questions.

Even though the car has roughly 12,000 more miles than the average Impala, the car is overall in great shape. I bought this one-year-old souped-up vehicle for roughly $18,000, which is at least $3,000 less than the comparable ones that I saw on Enterprise. I brought the car in to my local Chevrolet dealership and it is internally mechanically sound. I know I am only a week into my purchase, but I am pretty sure I will buy another car through Hertz again in the future.
