I give this place 5 stars! My first appointment was set due to a toothache. During the 1st visit, I felt welcomed and comfortable, which is RARE for me in a dentist office. I cried the ENTIRE time because it’s been awhile since I went to the dentist, but I still felt no judgement or nervousness from anyone. Everyone was very understanding and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured on anything.
The 2nd appointment is what made this place 5 stars for me. Again, everything was already great but the hygienist is the BEST! Before my appointment, he filled his room with calming scents (I told you I cried a lot during the first appointment) to make sure I felt at ease during the procedure. He also gave me protective wear that had my favorite music playing.
Throughout the entire procedure, he checked on me to make sure I was okay. Everything was genuine and intentional. I appreciate his efforts to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! 💛
