Easy process and all keys I've made there have worked.

My key started twisting and breaking in half as I locked my door. I was heading back to work after a break. In the evening after work, I went to Lowes hardware and put the teeth part of the key in the kiosk and was able to get a key made quickly, and affordably.

The key was made perfectly, but I wish there were more options to choose from for mature males. Even solid colors would be nice.

Got 7 sets of key for my new home. It was fast and easy. All done withing minutes and I even got a digital copy in case I loose the main key.

One of the keys that I had made did not work. I sent an email to customer support and they took care of the situation immediately. I would definitely recommend, and plan on using their service again. They do stand behind their product, which I appreciate.
