Dr. VIJAY JUNEJA: Didn't rush thru my appointment. He discussed all aspects of my Diabetec Meds, better usage, and the reasoning for it!
However, his staff, (requesting, a prescription), needs help! Not knowing how to, & Incorrectly filling out a form, cost me $165.00, because they left out my diagnosis #.
Now I have to submit a bill to my insurance companies, (3) for total reimbursement! ( New Test Meter, & Test Strips!
I called their office today and talked to Tracey. Even though we are not their patient of record she was very helpful and kind. She was patience in explaining insurance questions and kind to say to call her back if I have any other questions regarding insurance. I really appreciated her help and will recommend this office to anyone. Would love to transfer but live about 45 minutes from your office😘.
Dr. Patel has been treating my husband and I for over13 years. He is a wonderful doctor and expert diagnostician. We recommend him highly. His nurse and office staff is friendly and very professional.
