Friendly, reasonable, knowledgeable team. Our car started shuddering when shifting gears. We took it to a mechanic nearby and they told us the transmission needed to be replaced. We took it to Jiffy Lube and they flushed the transmission. Shudder is gone and my kids still get to have Christmas. They saved me about $4700.

These guys took care of me big time! I showed up with a maintenance required light on my car and figured I’d get an oil change and tire rotation and that would be that. I lucked out because they told me my engine oil was bone dry. They also told me that the dealership service department where I usually get my servicing done had been using the incorrect oil and had not been changing my filters like they should have. These people gave a quick turnaround on service and were extremely efficient and nice. They have earned my business from now on!

My fiance called here when his grandma was about to pass away in VA to see if he could get our oil changed as quick as possible so he could get on the road to get there to be with her. Quintin made sure this could happen for him. He pulled everything out for our vehicle to be ready for him so he could start as soon as he got there. Within 20 min he was done with our vehicle and he was back on the road . That type of customer service is almost unheard of now. He went above and beyond and we cannot thank you enough
