I started OT in Lake Orion 2 months ago and am SO happy with the training there! The workout can be tailored to your personal needs, they are challenging and change up a little each day; the staff cares about you as a person and it shows! Gym and equipment are very nice. I’ve done a LOT of different workout programs. Hands down, OT is my favorite!!!!

OTF Lake Orion is more than just a place to get an amazing workout. It is a family and support system. On the days when you don’t feel like going super hard, it’s no biggie to take it easy! Need encouragement to lift the heavier weight or run the faster interval? - your OTF coach and friends got you! I’ve been at OTF for 1 year and have seen an amazing transformation in my body and in my fitness.

I’ve only done one workup so far but it was an excellent experience. The workout was great, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere really exceeded my expectations.

A great workout that I don't have to think about it! I just have to show up and get put through the paces by great coaches without having to figure out what to do at the gym.

Wow! Outstanding standing staff. The young men up front were so welcoming & knowledgeable. I’m a newbie. Not fit or tech savvy :/ They Took the time to walk me through the app, schedule my classes etc…
Shout out to Amy (a member) who welcomed me like I was family. Ty for making me feel so comfortable. I was a little intimidated bc it’s been years since I seen a gym & your kindness meant so much 🧡
(In/out of shape) Layla is a great coach. Instructions were clear & her energy is great!

Great service and easy to get to the pump and back on the road.
