(April 28, 2024, 7:40 am)Montgomery Ford Service Deptartment was great. I had had an AC company issue on my 2019 Expedition for some time. Had taken it to another Ford Dealership for 5 visits and considerable costs and could not find the issue for a freon leak. Montgomery service tech was able to find solution and fix on the first visit. After being without AC for some time, I was very happy. Montgomery has earned my service for the future. The entire Service Dept was great to work with. Thank you!
(September 2, 2023, 8:19 pm)What can one say about perfection? From Kirk the owner to Lisa my service advisor to Adam my technician, and Donna my service manager, PERFECTION runs straight down thru! My experience, and visits have ALWAYS been a positive experience at Montgomery Motors. The dealership owner has actually become a friend of mine, and I see this runs all the way thru his staff. Very few places anymore can you truly get a hometown , warm friendly experience! They are the best!!
(July 18, 2023, 8:22 pm)We where traveling back from the Beach, Truck started giving us a sound we didn’t like, got online to find the nearest Dealership so here we go.
It’s 4 pm on a Friday and they close at 5pm . We where dealing with Lisa , thank you so much Lisa for being so outstanding and nice to getting us a rental to get us back home and getting the problem with the truck fixed . The technician did a great job also . 5 stars for Lisa and all those at this Montgomery Ford Dealership. Thank you
