Especially at the biscoe office - the staff here are always so great to work with. One of the friendliest staff there is Katie. She always goes out of her way ti make my experience the best it can be!
(November 21, 2023, 6:27 pm)The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Brock doesn’t have the best chair side manner. I have dental anxiety so it would be nice if he could be a little more welcoming and talk through what he’s doing.
(November 21, 2023, 10:20 am)Trying to get my upper dentures and my gag reflex has been causing issues. Dr. Whitehead, the Techs and staff have all been amazingly patient with me, going out of their way to help me solve the issues.
Everyone, from front desk to dentists and techs, are cheerful and a pleasure to see every visit.
