My service representatives were Mr Tray Corbett & Mr Matthew. These men worked well together. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have to speak about my service tech. My service tech was named Jason. He was courteous. He was smart. He was most respectful and most of all he enlightened me on the things that were wrong with my unit. He tried to get the parts it's quickly as possible. I would recommend IRV to anyone I read the reviews good and bad but the good I waved the bad and they are 100% better than (GSM)

Randy came out, was very informative and supportive of my situation. Was able to help me get a faster call to have my utility lines marked so we can dig my new water line. Was very upfront and honest about everything. Could not recommend him more
