World Stone

Eddie is an outstanding tech who knows his skills very well. We had an issue with our inside of one sink on a large island and an other area in the kids sink. The rest of our house with granite was good. Eddie was honest, and helped us get our sink fixed and smoothed edge as it was supposed to be. We were very happy with Eddie’s experience and the quality of what he could do. We had our whole house done with World of Stone through our builder and we are happy with the service.

Building a house can be fun and it can be horrid. Much of what makes it good or not are the contractors. Worldstone has been attentive and professional and taken excellent care of me as a customer.Rhys was responsive and Dario and his men were on time and sensitive to making sure things were done as I preferred and to the noise when I was working. I could not say anything better about this company. Thank you so much for beautiful countertops and a great experience!

World Stone in Sanford did a great job on our quartz countertops. They had a great price- nearly a grand cheaper than their competitor.
Jamie was my sales rep and answered all my questions over the phone. She was booked up for the day when I called at 3pm on a Friday but coordinated for an appointment with Jessie for 30 minutes later. Jesse showed me all the quartz options (there was a ton in stock) and she helped me narrow my selection down to two slabs. She had an employee pull both slabs styles with a crane and we found the one we loved.

I filled out a customer data sheet with my info and Jamie reserved the two slabs we selected. I dropped a check off Monday morning and Denice scheduled my template appointment. Two days later Tyler showed up at the house with a fancy laser and tablet to scan the room and counters and build a digital template. The following week I got an email from Rhys with the quartz layout and final design for my approval. I approved the cut layout and Rhys got me scheduled for 2-3 days later on a Friday (exactly 2 weeks from my first contact).

Juan and a coworker showed up to install the countertops early. They got the 250lb slab by themselves and 4 of us got the 350lb slab up to the upstairs bonus room kitchen. Jose installed my sink and then they positioned both countertops before glueing/siliconing them in place.They left me exactly the 11” overhang I wanted for two stools to sit at the island.They cleaned both quartz countertops and left with them looking perfect.

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience. I was in a rush and World Stone was very accommodating to my tight schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to support a local business that supplies a quality product at a very reasonable price!
