Had a small issue with my son's bike?
Didn't have the proper tools.
The gentleman was knowledgeable + that He Fixed it without charging me.

John is great and knows his stuff! I came in today to have my bike looked at due to some shifting problems and noise. John was quick to find the issue and give me the advice I was looking for on how to handle the situation. I will definitely be returning in the future for any of my biking needs!

It refreshing to work with someone who is excellent at their craft. I took my daughters bike in for some minor repairs today. The service I received was excellent. I especially appreciate his candor and honesty. After fixing the bike he could have easily sold me something I didn’t need. Instead he told me a particular accessory would not best suited for us.
