Home Comfort Heating and Air provides amazing Customer Service from start to finish! Everyone was professional and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. This company went out of their way to assist during the hottest time of the year and we really appreciate it. Once repairs were complete, Clint and Dustin were great and answered all our questions. We will be repeat customers and will most definitely be recommending this company to our friends and business contacts in the area!

They were very organized, professional and priced right. When I called, I got a text when the technician was on his way. I also get an email. I was impressed with the service they provided before they even get to my home. They came out same day and fixed my unit on the hottest day so far this year on a weekend. You came yesterday, late afternoon, to access our malfunctioning system. It was determined a part would need to be ordered. Realizing our situation, you returned this morning at 7:30 a.m., and installed a temp cooling unit in both downstairs and upstairs!! Cody was especially amazing and should be recognized for his stellar customer care! In our case, my mom just came home yesterday on her final journey, with the support of hospice. The team at Home Comfort have been a big help on our new home. From the first service appointment and replacement of one of our units, their professional, timely and courteous responses have been wonderful each time. After Jim gave an honest recommendation that only one unit needed replaced currently, I went ahead with the new install. Dustin was very thorough, and did it all in less than one day. He also made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards and explained the new thermostats along with the setup. Thank you Home comfort, you have a great team who all put the client first!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to let people know how amazing this company has been and the great work ethic they display when coming to your home. As a three time cancer survivor with a barrage of ailments, it’s important that my house stay warm in the winter and cold in the summer because I can no longer self regulate my temperature (I don’t sweat properly). My air conditioner didn’t want to turn over in the spring, it would only shoot out hot air. We used our home warranty and had one company come out that didn’t do anything but tell us a snake had gotten in the unit (didn’t remove it). When we called our warranty company back we demanded someone who would fix the problem. They have us the number to Home Comfort. Home Comfort was amazing from the start! Mrs. Stephanie quickly made an appointment for them to come out the next day. She was so kind and made sure that if we needed anything we could call back, she was even willing to schedule he worker (Justin) very late because I had a biopsy that morning. Justin was quick and honest, he fixed the air conditioner and filled it after cleaning out the ‘unwanted guests’, there’s nothing bad to say about him or Mrs. Stephanie. I would trust them to do work even if I was absent. Honest, good people doing honest and good work. If you need heating or air conditioning work done, this is who to call.
