Lillington Botanical Trail

This is a really cool park and now will connect with a large play area with zip line and huge slide and natural rock stairs. Really doing a ton of work there. The trails are quiet and webs cross them most trips so be prepared. Nice artwork and playset. Nice pong with fountain. Just all around great city park tucked in suburbia.

I would have given it a 5, but there was a huge hole in a bridge. It was a wonderful hike for me and my grandson. I would suggest bug spray. The creeks, beautiful trees, and pond definitely made it seem like we were in the "jungle", his words.

Beautiful, clean and quaint. A couple of path options. There is a little gated park to play too.

Cute trail, many different paths and facts! The path is not a loop so that was a bit confusing on my first time out, but overall it was an enjoyable walk!
