I would like to write an exceptional review for actually going into the post office in Erwin. I have post office anxiety from bad experiences with clerks at other locations and always get flustered while I’m in there. I have been to Erwin USPS several times and can gladly say it is always great. Chris helps you with everything and makes it a stress free experience. He is friendly, attentive, and makes everything simple. I enjoy going to mail packages now and will continue to use this location!

Nice modern Post Office with country charm. Chris, the young window clerk there, is super friendly and explains different shipping methods in accordance to ones needs. Also, a super nice lady by the name of Virginia is quick to assist one when bringing in an assortment of packages. It’s a GREAT Post Office!
