I do really like Terminex and the services they've done at our house. I'm a long time customer of Terminex since 1982! They didn't show the encapsulation service that they do on their list of services, but they did a great job on ours! Our 2x a year inspection with Morris Jenkins folks has even commented on how nice and clean it is under our house when they've been out to their advantage plan inspection of our heat pump.
