(October 19, 2022, 1:54 pm)While at my house to fix a separate issue, my technician, Dwayne, was also happy to give me a quote and install an entire generator receptacle and circuit.
Not only did Dwayne take on the extra work with zero notice, he took the time to discuss what house appliances and electronics could and couldn’t be used simultaneously on generator power. Then, he guided me through all the steps to bring the generator up and ultimately power the house right then and there.
I’m 100% confident that I’m covered in an emergency and I’m certain I’ll be using Bryant-Durham again in the future.
(October 15, 2022, 2:22 pm)I had both a 2 and 2.5 ton Trane units installed. Great company to work with as far as price and service. Have used them for 10+ years for repairs/service. Just spent about $17,000 on two new units. Extremely happy with the Trane units and the perfect, professional and friendly installation. The 2 guys were fantastic and did an A+ job. Then after the city inspected the installation a wonderful third guy came by to double-check I was 100% happy and did some additional super-precise wrapping around a few more places in my duct work. Bryant's work has always been the best in the Durham area. They make sure everything is exactly "perfect" and are super friendly/easy to work with. With them, you never have to worry about the job being done right, very high-quality parts and expert service.
(June 20, 2022, 11:23 am)AC unit stopped cooling in the summer - Yikes! They scheduled me quickly and the tech, Andrew, fixed it quickly. He was great. Last fall they serviced my furnace and that was well done too. I'm signing up for preventive maintenance with them each fall and spring. Thank you so much!
(May 28, 2022, 12:56 pm)Eric was very helpful in determining the issues with the A/C. He was professional and courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Would recommend using their company when in need to ensure you're getting the best service from those who care about how the work gets done. We certainly appreciate the effort Eric made in remedying the issues we had.
(May 21, 2022, 4:10 pm)Our power went out last night and as a result, the generator came on. The stove was making a strange sound, so I had to cut that breaker off. The AC Unit is on that same breaker. The next morning (Saturday), I called our electrician, Bryant Durham, and Dwayne came out determined the stove had quit working. So, he got it unhooked so we could cut the breaker on to use the AC Unit (90 degrees today). He also replaced a receptacle for us. Dwayne was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and provided the excellent customer service that we have consistently received over the years from this company (And on a weekend!). Thank you so much!
