Outstanding customer service from the time you drive in the garage door... Subaru Service Advisor Jessica McCaffrey is very friendly and professional. She knows her positions as an advisor, she made sure my worn tires were replaced with new tires before driving home.

I work out of town and don't know until the last minute if I'll be home. This makes it difficult to set-up and keep appointments. I called Friday to see if I could get squeezed in for an oil change, and was told they could do it for me on Saturday. I showed up first thing and was taken care of first thing. In and out in less than an hour. I was very impressed in how I was treated. They could have just said, "Sorry nothing open" and I would have understood. Instead they fit me in and cemented a customer relationship.
