(August 17, 2021, 11:11 pm)Bought a bike FTI setup in the middle of 2020 for previous owner. Called them up to see what if anything I could change/improve. They told Me it should be perfect for my weight and riding, and just to stop by and they would help me set the sag and adjust the clickers…free of any charge! I’ve never spent a dime with them and money was never mentioned. I offered to pay for this, but they refused so I’ll prob just pay them to service them when the time comes.
