(May 19, 2021, 10:39 pm)The Extra Space Storage location in Tracy has very friendly staff and when I signed up I was not only given an excellent bargain offer(which I took) but Heather was very pleasant to speak to as she had a great sense of humor and made the process very simple. I highly recommend this place to store your belongings. Thanks again Extra Space!!
(April 20, 2021, 8:07 pm)Excellent customer service, very friendly and extremely helpful. All my needs and questions were fulfilled in a very short amount of time. They are quick to jump to your aid and will bend over backwards for their guests. I have to say I’ve never had a better experience with employees until I met these wonderful workers.
I highly recommend going to them for their services over any other facility!!!
It felt homely, like they make you feel like family and that’s an amazing attribute these days!

I basically was renting out two storage spaces in Tracy but when me and my wife find out about this place, we basically saw the size and we’re able to combine all of our storage into one unit here for a decent price.
Galen Nelson the caretaker here is great, friendly and very helpful!
If your in the middle of moving or need to store any kind of storage space, this is the place! 👍🏻
(February 16, 2021, 2:01 am)Mary and Galen have been great, quick to address any concerns and easy to work with. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Price was comparable to everywhere else I looked but the service stands out. Definitely coming back here if I ever need storage and would recommend for sure.
(February 14, 2021, 8:59 am)Overall very nice. Facility is clean and secure. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kept my stuff there for 4 years without issue. As can be expected the storage rates do go up over time. For me the price went from $71 to $97 for a 5'x10' storage unit over a 4 year period. I'm not sure what the competitor's prices are, but hopefully that information will help someone in their decision making.
