I was looking for a hot water heater and called to see if any instock..I was told no but the store called back about 30 minutes later to say they had found one and would hold it for me. I didn't ask for the associate to look but they went that extra mile to help the customer
I have had good luck with home Depot better than Lowe's always friendly and helpful
