(March 1, 2019, 8:58 am)I started iLoveKickboxing as a trial, after the first class I loved it and was determined to come back. The staff are so motivational and are very welcoming. Not only do you want to come back to better yourself, THEY make you want to come back. It is challenging but also fun at the same time. Who doesn't want to kick/punch the bags after a long day?

It challenges you but the overall confidence outweighs what you think you can not do. The staff is great and they give you more than the physical workout, they give guidance for nutrition and overall care for your body. Stop in and try these guys. Make that change today.
