A refreshing change of pace from the traditional. My wife and I have both switched to Helen and her team for our PCP. Nurse Rhonda spent 2 hours with me today just asking questions and letting me talk about all my medical frustrations. It’s so strange (in a good way) to have a medical professional actually listen and inquire about what’s going on instead of shipping you out the door with a RX and scheduling you out 90 days for another check up. Also nice to find a medical office not tied to a for profit hospital, pharmaceutical company, or insurance company. Our first impressions have been fantastic and we hope to continue to utilize their services!

Helen and her staff are amazing. Helen is so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I cant thank her enough for what shes done for me, highly recommend her practice.

Direct Primary care Mebane is what Primary care should be. Dr. Helen Tackitt takes the time to listen so she can get to the root cause of your illness and treat it. After years of rushed providers not finding solutions, it is so refreshing to meet someone who listened well enough to really understand what my husband has been going through. I have been telling everyone I know about her. I cannot believe the value she provides.

Direct Primary Care- Dr. Helen is an absolute blessing to our family. After surviving C0vid 19 I have acquired many health conditions that seemed like I was getting no where fast! I had lost ALL hope in the Health Care field!! BUT, Dr. Helen sat at my first visit and listened genuinely to my health concerns. She did not rush me in and certainly was in no hurry to rush me out. I was amazed at the time and access we were given. Then she did what she does best, she went to work to find out my TRUE health condition!! Getting to the Root of the problems, and not overmedicating me unnecessarily. She cares for her patients greatly!! It was such a blessing to hear from her on a SATURDAY, ("Just checking on you, to see how you're feeling," she said? WOW!!! This was huge to us!! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH DIRECT PRIMARY CARE ON YOUR SIDE!! Dr. Helen comes highly recommended by my family. P.s Believe me when I say, since 2020 I have had my share of Health Care visits, and Direct Primary Care by far is number one on our list!!!
