Great staff! Amazing ramp to launch kayaks from!! Returning from kayaking this same ramp has a pull bar that can be used to help you stand up out of your kayak! Clean restrooms!

Nice spot for fishing. Lots of clear bank access. They have 2 fishing piers, one with benches and some low railings( good for kids to be able to fish), the other one has higher railings and is higher off the water. We didn't catch anything today, it was prety windy and hard to cast out far. We saw a guy building fish "trees" for fish to congregate around. It seems like they take care of the place. There is a $3 fee for people 13 years old and older. They also have bait and fishing supplies.

Was a wonderful, huge man-made lake. Fantastic for fishing, boating, kayaking or just relaxing. The people that work there could not be any nicer and the grounds were immaculate.

Very pretty. Good place for fishing and boats or kayaking (without the worry of alligators in other more southern lake etc.).
Person inside was very nice and polite.

Peaceful lake perfect for kayaking! We had the lake almost to ourselves on a Friday afternoon... I think there was just one other kayaker and he looked like a professional. There is a large ramp into the water right in the parking lot as well as at least 3 docks. We saw people fishing from shore as well.
