Apex Conversion

I brought my ambulance (converted to a campulance) to Apex to add a window in the rear box. The team did an amazing job; it was difficult task as the density of metal and cutting through larger pieces of the frame. It looks great and adds a ton of light to my space. They communicated with me before during and after the project. Highly recommend!!

Just want to tell everyone about a great company that is Apex Overlander. Myself and my wife we’re crossing the country in our RV and were in desperate need of a solar/battery solution and Gary and the gang welcomed us like family and installed a solid system that is the heart of our power system and will be for a long time.

I recently had my rig converted less than 1yr ago... wasn't pleased with what I got for the money I spent. Luckily I ran across a post on fb and I reach out to Gary owner of Apex Conversion, made an appointment to meet. I took my rig and explained to him what exactly I was looking for and within a week my rig was outfitted the way I expected and beyond what I expected! Gary & his team also went beyond to fix the last company mistakes & safety issues 😳 after dealing with Apex Conversion I felt ripped off from last company! But to say the least these guys are beating it here in NC I would recommend them for all your custom needs... They are genuine guys who care about your wants, needs & their customers. Apex Conversion built a a truly special custom utility trailer for me. I wanted a fully aluminum trailer to lower the weight, but I also wanted to be multi-purpose as well; to be able to tow my bike, foldable bed, foldable desk, heat / AC. The trailer can run on solar with batteries, and with the ability to connect to shore power. There were some minor issues when I first got the trailer, but I understood it was custom build and they had not done one like mine before. Gary and Travis were able to sort out all of my major concerns for me, the rest were very minor and delayed due to vendor issues so not a big deal to me. I have gone on a few trips with my trailer, so far it has been great, does everything I want it to and more. Great job!

Apex Conversion was such a blessing for us . My husband is in a wheelchair and we needed an overhead Hoyer put in the travel trailer . When we found Apex ,Gary was so easy to deal with. He took lots of time to find out what we needed . He helped us figure out what trailer to start with , which was Kauffman trailer. He started from a Empty trailer. We needed storage because leaving for a 6 month trip . HE and his AMAZING TEAM came through. Any time I went to the check in The wonderful young men were such a pleasure. They all made my experience unforgettable. As we all know who have a business Good people make it or break it . Gary always answered my calls or tex which is a #1 thing when you can’t be right there. The craftsmanship of this home on wheels is ABOVE any trailer. The insulation is so important along with all the solar package , He sent pictures of the steps he did to make sure I knew what was happening and He delivered what I payed for. So important of today times . This is 100% the way I would do this process all over again with APEX. MY TRAILER IS SO IMPRESSIVE! Also the part of knowing it was built to last. The experience went very well !! I have to say You need to be understanding to customize, it will be worth the wait . He has a waiting list because his work is hands on and he runs a business to cater . It takes time with each persons needs and wants. I felt for what I got and needed the time was very reasonable. The work is top notch . The Apex Team was such a pleasure!!! I know they all are proud of what workmanship they deliver. I hope they realize because this type of custom My DREAMS OF TRAVELING AROUND AMERICA IS NOW COMING TRUE. ! Traveling with confidence is such a relief for me !
