Desmond, the owner, was responsive to my initial inquiry about having my carpets cleaned and able to give a fair quote immediately over the phone for the job to take place the same day! He was then communicative about his arrival, did an amazing job on the floor and prompt in invoicing and receipt follow up. The entire experience was wonderful and I'll only work with A Carpets Dream from now on for carpet services. Thank you, Desmond!
