Pharmacist and staff are very helpful, even if you cal about a minor medical issue always courteous and quite efficient .

I love this place. It's a local store and I'd so rather support local when possible. The staff is super helpful and they are also dog friendly and happen to love my pup, Betty Ann! Everyone is kind, welcoming, and there's a great assortment of items. I highly recommend this place!

The team at Vernon Pharmacy is amazing! Smart, helpful, responsive and willing to think and work outside the box. Sorry national chains - they leave you in the dust. They are so good that when we moved from LIC to Manhattan - we learned they could deliver to our building - and during Covid, they happily mailed our prescriptions to Long Island at no extra cost. They also work with the vagaries of insurance companies to ensure the paperwork gets done for prescriptions to be filled. Oh, did I mention that they also answer the phone immediately and call you back as promised.?! They do that and basically make you feel like you are a valued client. Run don’t walk to support the small business in Long Island city!!!

I never write reviews, but just had to for Vernon Blvd Pharmacy and the superb customer service!! I've given this place a call a few times about medication and questions on health concerns. Jeremy, the pharmacist is so attentive, honest, and helpful - you can tell he knows his stuff and most of all truly cares. Thank you for all that you do!
