Sew Right Sewing Machines

I love my dealer and the machines they guided me to buy. I am new to sewing and love their patience and humor. It is a wonderful place to buy a machine because you will need advice. They are great at advice and service. They have awesome notions to help you get the perfect stitch out of your machine.

They didn’t have to, but they went above and beyond when my machine died short of finishing a very important garment, and allowed me to use one of theirs to finish the embroidery. That’s 5 star customer service. They treat you with consideration and respect. Thank you!!!

It is a really nice sewing shop! The staff is friendly and will answer all your questions. They can sit with you and demo a machine, help you choose one that is right for what you need and within your budget. They repair machines and have a vast supply of excellent threads and cute quilting fabric. If they are out of stock on a foot or something you need for your machine they can order it for you. The new owner, Steve, even offered to carry my machine out to the car for me. How nice! He didn't have to do that, he owns the place, but he did cuz he cares.
Maryanne is my go to for Serger information. Lori has helped me before and is equally delightful. I come here from Westchester, I used to come here from Washington Heights when I lived there and then Bronx when I lived there. I don't get to go as often as I like or spend as much as I want but they always treat me the same whether I spend a dollar or not. Can't recommend this place enough, best resource for city sewists/sewers/people that sew and for people that dont know how and want to learn. They will treat you Sew Right!
