Carol and her instructors keep the classes challenging and Fun. I like that they change up the routines and music every week so you never get bored.The class times work with my schedule and I like that there not over crowded. You also don't have others staring at you during your workout. Carol Lenas is a friendly place where we all know eachothers name and you just feel like your working out with friends !
(November 10, 2015, 7:11 pm)Love this Gym, great plays to workout. Specifically for women with a variety of different workouts to challenges all capabilities. Really friendly home away from home atmosphere, I always walk away pleased and sweaty. Can't say enough about this place, worth every penny.
(September 8, 2015, 2:20 pm)Carol Lena's Body Shop offers a nice variety of classes. All of the instructors, including Carol Lena are awesome and are geared for all fitness levels. I highly recommend it, love their workouts!!
