Pinball Alley

Just purchase the Foo fighters pro from them. Nobody else had one except for them. I looked everywhere. Communication was good. They answered all my questions. The delivery driver was on time to the minute and professional. Great service. Highly suggested using them. Will use them in the future

I took my 1993 Star Trek TNG machine and a 1979 Asteroids arcade game to Pinball Alley in Rochester to have them fixed. The Asteroids game hadn’t worked in years and the Star Trek game I had purchased privately in November 2019 and it only worked for 3 months. I stopped in to Pinball Alley to see if they could help me out and after a very informative discussion with Jerry I agreed to have him fix both machines. While I was in the shop I looked at and was given access to any of the hundred or so working machines in their showroom. I selected and purchased a new Aerosmith game with my credit card and they agreed to deliver it for free in a couple of days. A few days later the new game was delivered and they picked up the two non-working games for free as well since they were headed back to their shop. A few days later the COVID shutdown occurred and Jerry’s shop was closed. About three weeks ago Jerry called to ask some questions about the non-working machines and yesterday they were delivered. The TNG game looked brand new and plays like a dream. The new LEDS are a real improvement. The Asteroids game boots right up and plays like it did in 1979. I should know as I played them in the arcades while I was a student.

I highly recommend Pinball Alley to anyone who needs repairs or wants a new or refurbished game.

Recently bought a pin from Pinball Alley and couldn't be happier! The machine itself was in great condition (as advertised) and they delivered and set up in my place tested, tweaked what needed tweaking and made sure everything was 100% before leaving. The whole process from beginning to end was great and Jerry, his family and the crew are as good as it gets in this biz! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
