So glad this place exists♥️ They have the most perfect selections of sake and great vibes. We got a flight and some sakes on top of that. Super reasonable pricing and every sake tasted AMAZING. Our favorites were the yuzu, nama, and junmai. Live music was also on point!
Kato is awesome. I don't have a ton of experience with sake, so we decided to give Kato a go, and the flights were perfect for learning more about the flavors we liked most. Atmosphere was comfortable, the staff (Avery) was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the playlist matched the vibes. We'll definitely be back.
The sake is incredible, the vibe is super welcoming, and every person i’ve met at Kato has made my life better in some way. I feel inspired every time I go here - whether it be by meeting someone new, the amazing musicians they bring in, or trying a new food pop up. 5 stars!!
Low-key, cozy sake bar and brewery in a spacious warehouse. The pricing is very reasonable and the sake is delicious, especially the junmai. Tasting flight with generous portion for only $20. The service is friendly and seating is generous. There was live jazz when we walked in - great vibes and very chill crowds.
Love and highly recommend this place. The sake is delicious and approachable for sake newbies, the staff is super knowledgeable and passionate, and the vibe is chill and dog friendly. The brewery tour is a fantastic deal (it includes a few drinks) and super informative—they explain the process so well that by the end of the tour you’re left with clear ideas about how sake is made and various factors to look at when identifying sakes.
