Brian made what was, at the start, a very stressful situation after my car was a deer magnet, a breeze. He was very friendly and professional and even stayed a little after closing time to make sure I had picked the car I wanted. He even made sure that the slight imperfection on the outside of the vehicle was fixed! To the point that when I came to pick the car up I couldn't even tell where the patch had been done. When there was an issue in between picking the car out and being able to come sign papers, he was flexible and polite the entire time. This is my second car purchase at Pellegrino and I am thankful that we have someone like Brian working there to help get people in vehicles quickly and honestly. Thank you!
