knowlefgeable about the area and local housing market, provided excellent references for local service providers (real estate lawyer, cleaners, septic engineer, junk removal, etc.) and guided us to the right buyers with reliable financing to eliminate any closing angst. On top of it all she is a terrific person. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

We chose Katrina Ruberti as our real estate agent for a recent house purchase and we couldn’t be happier.
