  Went in for an inspection at 830 and the techs started straight away. Sales and auto techs were nice and knowledgeable. Also they didn’t try to sell me on something I don’t need, like a lot of other places. I know cars and I know whats needed and not needed. Good experience all around. 10/10 Would recommend

  We just started going to Scruggs earlier this year as our mechanic of many years retired. We were looking for a professional, experienced and fair mechanic.
  Boy, did we hit the jackpot! We are more than pleased. Had our truck & van serviced/inspected as well as our motorhome & camper. Last week we were all packed up ready to go after packing up the motorhome & camper, 4 kiddos, 3 adults, food, supplies, clothes etc. we had 2 hours drive ahead of us. Pulling down our street our brakes were locking up. (It was a brake controller because we were pulling the little camper with our motorhome.) We pulled into Scruggs, all 7 of us. The Scruggs’s service team Inspected our situation and we needed a part. Could not drive without it. They ordered it from half an hour away. They said it would take about 3 - 3 1/2 hours to install. They stopped what they were doing and we were on the road in 2 1/2 hours. We were at our destination before sundown allowing us to set up camp. And the 4 kiddos were more than happy that our vacation was not canceled, adults too.
