We own a tow company in Watertown NY and had some coolant glitches and a regen issue which we were ultimately locked out system wise. We were on our way to deliver a customers vehicle and called TA, merj and many other local truck repair companies. TA didn’t have the systems and equipment compatible with our Hino and merj tried to charge us almost triple just to show up with a scanner.
