(April 11, 2022, 9:30 pm)I've been going here for years and the recent changes and constant updates from the new owner really makes me look forward to going now. They always post updates of all the new changes being completed and I enjoy seeing that on Instagram. Really glad the new ownership is transforming my home gym. Cardio machines have been given a much needed upgrade.
(March 31, 2018, 9:59 am)Awesome class and clean facilty! This is my first time here in the spinning class with instructor Rania and I am loving it! I love the class and Rania is full of energy! The facility is filled with cardio equipment and weights! I came in the morning at 8 am and there were a decent amount of people. I would definitely go here again for another spinning class!
