Family Smiles - Atrisco

Family smiles was great! We were a family of three who were all seen at once! The staff was awesome especially our nurse and our dentist was quick efficient and kind. I especially like that they are open on Saturdays, this way I don't have to miss any work and my kids aren't missing any school. Look forward to our follow-up!

This location is top notch. The assistants are very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. Dr. Kim saw me a week earlier than my scheduled appointment because my mouth was in pain. He and his aides are thorough and professional. I am well taken care of there.

I had a phenomenal experience yesterday at my appointment. I went in for a typical teeth cleaning, it had been awhile since I have seen a dentist and I was a bit nervous. The receptionists were great at acknowledging me and getting me processed into my appointment in a timely manner which was much appreciated. The dentist (Dr. Khi, think I spelt his name correct) was extremely professional along with his dental assistant as well. The over all experience was great and I was able to schedule my follow up visits right then and there with no issues. It was my first time there and I can say I will be returning for my follow ups. I highly recommend.

On Friday I woke up with severe pain in my tooth it lasted through the weekend and come Monday I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist. So I tried my kids dentist which is Family smiles. It was a different location than where they go to but they took me in right away. They took my x-rays and the dentist was very professional, she was honest. And all she had to do was clean out a area that I had something lodged in. I immediately felt some relief and now today (Tuesday) I am in 100% no pain. At this point I feel like my original dentist would have done more work that would have been unnecessary. So now I will be just continuing with Family smiles. Good job guys!
