One word…Doreen! She is the absolute best manager in retail in ABQ, if not the world. She represents the height of customer service. I had a suit that was ripped accidentally. I came to buy a new suit coat, but Doreen replaced the whole suit for me. A total surprise! She gained a customer for life. Thank you!!!

Love Dillards. Especially the shoe department, and Spring and Winter sale events. Very competent staff. Beautiful stores. Especially like the Cottonwood Store

Ron in men's formal wear is as solid as they come. He showed me multiple suits and explained how the different cuts feel and look. After some time we agreed on a gorgeous Hart Schaffner Marx suit. This gentleman also took the time to communicate effectively and efficiently. Super excited to have a suit guy again!

The service and the perfume counter was outstanding! 4 different individuals asked if I needed any assistance and checked on me while I used the testers. I appreciate this level of service!
