Pro Carpet is a small business with a big business mentality. They came highly recommended and I’m glad I made the choice to call and book. The owner came on the job dressed professionally and was respectful of my space and personal property. I had some tough pet buildup and my carpet looks like a new shade now that it’s clean! (Smelled awesome too.) I had Pro Carpet return to take a try with my sofa – I’ve had it covered but there was also a lot of pet hair under the cover. The before and after pictures are impressive! For the summer I may pull up my area rugs and have them come clean my wood floors – I wouldn’t be able to do it myself and the pictures of their other jobs are solid. Thanks, Pro-Carpet!

I’m beyond satisfied ! It exceeded my expectations. I was about to just have a new runner put in my stairs , since I bought my house and the runners didn’t look great , I knew the previous owners had a dog . However I decided to give this a shot I’m so happy I did ! It cleaned it so well and it looks so much newer than what it looked before. Appointment was also incredibly easy to set up . I contacted Pro Carpet after a mistake I made trying to clean velvet dining room chairs on my own. I used a harsh cleaner which left my chairs in worse condition than before. They were prompt and professional in their response. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were somehow able to squeeze my appointment in. Not only did they repair my mistake, the chairs look like they are brand new. They even cleaned the chairs that weren’t damaged and did not charge me more. The tech was incredibly nice and wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. And it was an incredible value. Going forward we will only be using this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Pablo is professional from start to finish. Everything was explained before the appointment, I got a description of services with confirmation of my appointment after booking and a reminder. My area rugs and sectional are clean, smell great and I couldn’t be happier! Pablo has much better prices than a few other local places. I will definitely use Pro care again.
