I walked in for an alignment and Lloyd asked me a few diagnostic questions and based o my answers indicated that I likely did not need an alignment. He did not want me to waste my money if there was a different issue. However, I asked him to do the alignment and he did make the minor adjustments needed. I am very pleased with his level of service and business integrity. I will continue to use his services and I strongly recommend his business.
