I was surprised to find the pull down menus with all of the options including the different casters. Also the sizing chart in the photo section was quite helpful and accessible. It was nice to see all of the used chairs as well but decided with the option availability to select and customize a chair for myself. Great experience so far. Appears my chair has shipped in only a few days. Hooray!
