A few people complain that the cust service is not what they expect. For me, tell me the answer, point me to the product, deliver on time and give me the confidence that I need without BS. This place is a local gem of character and wisdom.

I spoke to Sarah in the Bulk Yard department and she was so helpful and nice! She took the time to find out what I was trying to do and suggested a few different options that I didn't think of that were simpler and a lot less expensive. She was so friendly and it was a positive experience to deal with her.

I have been getting a cord of wood from Bartell's for the past 5 years. They are professional, prompt and efficient. I had a small issue which was quickly remedied by the owner, Mark and Kevin. These guys are good and stand behind their business. Can't go wrong here.
