Five Spice

This place is a hidden gem. I'm super picky about where I eat or order Indian food and have yet to come across something that is tasty and reasonably priced till I came across this place. Portion sizes are generous, spice levels are optimal and Chef Ram is just a wonderful human being. I stay a bit too far from here, but use any opportunity to get a huge takeaway if I'm around the area.

I am so impressed with the food. By far the best idli and vada I have tasted in New Jersey. The food is freshly made once you order. Portions are generous and the price is worth every penny! We are so impressed by Chef Ram's behavior. Very Happy. Must must must try.

I had so many dishes from here and I seriously don't feel like trying any other restaurant unless I go for dine-out.

Chef Ram is such an amazing person by heart and hence his food tastes heavenly!! He takes care of your choices and preferences and makes food totally customized as per your taste buds!! I tried Kolkata biriyani today and it was so so good!! No one absolutely no one can match up to his portion size and quality!! Super fresh and delicious food everytime. Thank you for existing!

This is the Biryani in New Jersey that came the closest to authentic Hyderabadi Biryani. We came all the way from Virginia to carry out. Chef Ram is very passionate about the quality and quantity of the food served. Our tummies were happy.

Good fresh food!! We tried the idli and the vada which was good, the size is HUGEEE!! The vada was crispy and the idli was very soft and had ghee also.
Only takeout available, idli is available only on weekends!! Don’t miss
The only negative is I dint like the sambar but that’s coz I’m kannadiga and I like it a certain way that’s all.

I have found this restaurant by accident and ever since became a regular customer. The food from Fivespice always tastes like home made. We ordered a chicken briyani for this thanks giving and Chef Ram has surprised us with this special whole bird chicken briyani..Amazing taste and quantity. We all had a wonderful feast. Try the food from this place and you will understand the quality of the food!
